The cozy, south-facing, Mediterranean holiday home is located in the quiet coastal town of Cala Pi, just a few minutes from the idyllic sandy beach of Cala Pi.
It has various terraces, including its own roof terrace, with wonderful sea views and the opportunity to sunbathe undisturbed. In the garden, the beautiful holiday property has a small pool with a pool terrace. The house has been lovingly renovated by its owners and is equipped with air conditioning and central heating.
On the ground floor the house has a living-dining area with a large dining table and direct access to the pool terrace, a modern open kitchen and a bedroom with bathroom en suite and also direct access to the terrace.
On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a shower room. From one of the bedrooms, guests have direct access to a small terrace or the roof terrace. An outside staircase leads from the other bedroom directly into the Mediterranean garden. Behind the house there is a large pavilion with a dining table and a grill.
From the location of the holiday home, the area can be explored on foot or by bike. Along the coast, and always with a view of the sea, you can get to the well-known natural beach Es Trenc.
Various restaurants and two small supermarkets are only approx. 1.5 km away. Everything is within walking distance and after an extensive visit to the restaurant you can return to the house without a car.
Nevertheless, we advise you to rent a car.

Cozy holiday home with 3 bedrooms, just a few minutes from the sandy beach of Cala Pi. The nearest beach access to the popular sandy beach Es Trenc is in Sa Ràpita, only approx. 12 minutes (18 km) away. Golfers can reach the 2 golf courses Son Antem and Maioris in a few minutes by car. The nearest marinas are in S‘Estanyol, Sa Ràpita and El Arenal.
The picturesque little coastal town of Cala Pi is located on the beautiful south coast of Mallorca, only approx. 30 minutes from Palma de Mallorca and approx. 20 minutes from the airport. Cala Pi takes its name from the bay of the same name with a sandy beach. This is a deep, fjord-like bay cut deep into the rock, which ends in a sandy beach. The beach can be reached via a long staircase, which is to the left of the Cala Pi Club. The clean, green-blue shimmering water, the picturesque high rocks to the right and left of the bay, the green pine trees above the gorge, the old fishermen’s huts and the fine sandy beach at the end make Cala Pi the ultimate romantic dream beach.
The beach slopes very gently into the sea and since there are hardly any waves due to the sheltered location, it is also suitable for children. The housing estate with pretty summer houses stretches towards the east along the up to 30 meter high cliffs and merges into the residential areas Vallgornera Nou and Es Pas. The development consists mainly of single-family houses and villas. Due to the slightly sloping topography of the site, many houses in the 3rd-4th row partially still a beautiful sea view to the protected island of Cabrera. Even in the high season, Cala Pi is quiet and not overcrowded with tourists and offers shops for small daily needs as well as a few bars and restaurants. There is a larger selection of shopping opportunities in Llucmajor, which is only 15 minutes away. Here you will also find the German general practitioner Dr. Krämer and a German dental practice.

Das Haus war sehr schön, man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Der Grill und der Pool waren das Highlight mich. Die Schlafzimmer waren alle mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet was bei den Temperaturen sehr vorteilhaft war. Die Küche ist mit einem Gasherd, Backofen Spülmaschine und einem großen Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Es sind 2 Badezimmer vorhanden. Die empfehlenswerten Restaurants und der Strand von Cala Pi sind zu Fuß in ca. 15-20 Minuten zu erreichen.

Tolles Haus für den Sommer
Wirklich schönes Haus mit noch schönerem Außenbereich. Leider hat das Wetter bei uns nicht dafür gereicht, um diesen wirklich nutzen zu können. Aber auch von Innen ist das Haus wirklich schön, großzügig und modern – mit allem, was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön, alles wie beschrieben. Der Pool ist richtig toll und das Haus hat eine gute Grundausstattung. Oliver hat uns sehr nett empfangen und gute Tipps gegeben. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen.

Wir (2Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) haben im Casa Mónica einen tollen Urlaub genossen. Ein schön eingerichtetes Haus mit Liebe zum Detail, sehr sauber und eine atemberaubende Terrasse mit Meerblick, es fehlt einem wirklich an nichts. Der tolle Salzwasser Pool setzt wirklich allem die Krone auf, wirklich super! In der Küche ist an alles gedacht und der Grill ist top! Für unsere Kinder war die Gehdistanz zum Strand mit doch 15-20 Minuten etwas zu weit. Der Kontakt zu Vermieter Herrn Dietrich war herzlich und sehr unkompliziert. Danke Oliver für den schönen Urlaub!

The space is fantastic, a great layout with lots of levels and areas to relax in, eat in etc. The pool is the perfect temperature. Amazing views throughout, and situated on a quiet, one-way road with next to no cars. Cala Pi is just a 20 minute walk or a couple of minutes drive down the road (easy parking, a few restaurants and a small supermarket), and the location is good for the Aquarium, Aqualand and Es Trenc beach, as well as Palma.

Wir haben zu sechst (4Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder) das wirklich tolle und tatsächliche urgemütliche Ferienhaus bewohnt. Es hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht, da zum einem das Haus nach kurzer Zeit sehr vertraut wirkt und es zum anderen eine wirklich traumhafte Lage zu bezahlbarem Preis bietet. Die Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und der Zustand sind absolut Top. Es ist auch absolut Familienfreundlich. Der Salzwasserpool bietet verschiedene Tiefen und ist daher für alle geeignet. Das Haus du das Anwesen wird ständig renoviert, verbessert und ergänzt. Auch konstruktive Kritik ist willkommen und wird zeitnah umgesetzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Urlaub.

Meine Frau und ich sehnten uns nach ein paar ruhigen und sonnigen Tagen im Mai – und unsere Wahl fiel auf Mallorca und auf dieses Haus. Wir haben es keine Sekunde bereut und wollen unbedingt wieder hin.
Die Betreuung vor Ort war wirklich perfekt! Freundlich, herzlich – mit viel persönlicher Note und jederzeit zuvorkommend. Das Haus selbst ist für zwei Personen fast zu groß – wir haben es dennoch genossen. Der Pool ist größer als wir dies auf den Fotos im Internet vermutet haben. Küche, Bäder – alles in einem sehr guten Zustand. Unser Lieblingsplatz jedoch war die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf´s Meer. Jeden Morgen haben wir dort gefrühstückt und am Abend, wenn wir mal nicht in einem Restaurant gelandet sind, haben wir dort den Sonnenuntergang genossen. Wirklich super! Cala Pi ist klein und ein bisschen verschlafen, aber liebenswert. Da die Bucht wirklich kitschig und klein ist, wird´s da in der Hauptsaison kuschelig voll, im Mai war das jedoch absolut okay. War alles zu 100% perfekt? Nein. Das WLAN ist leider sehr schwach. Das hat uns als i-Pad Aktiv – User schon ein wenig gestört. Und die Bettwäsche könnte auch ein wenig schöner sein. Nun ja, sauber war sie natürlich – und Nachts hat man die Augen zu. Und zum Thema WLAN … dann nutzt man halt das mobile Netz, oder schaltet auch mal in den Offline-Modus. Ist schließlich Urlaub.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt total genossen und hoffen wirklich sehr, dass wir schon bald wieder einziehen können. Diese 5 Sterne haben sich sowohl die Besitzer des Hauses als auch Oliver mehr als verdient. Wir waren und sind begeistert!
