The villa, completely renovated in 2022 (just completed) in Versace style, is slightly elevated, on the 2nd sea line on a large (1,600 sqm) Mediterranean plot with a large pool and some bedrooms with beautiful sea views. The large villa is suitable for up to 10 guests and is equipped accordingly. Birthdays, weddings etc. can be celebrated (by arrangement!). Daily parties with loud music etc. are not possible as the villa is in a residential area!

The accommodation

The villa was extensively renovated in 2022 and the renovation has just been completed. A large (60 sqm) covered terrace with a large dining table, the sunny pool terrace with a beautiful large pool and plenty of sun loungers, and another covered pool terrace invite you to relax.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living/dining area with an open gallery and a fully equipped modern kitchen, a bedroom with en suite bathroom and a guest toilet.
On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a large bathroom en suite and a view of the garden with the large pool, two bedrooms with access to the terrace and beautiful sea views, another bedroom with a bathroom en suite and access to the terrace, and another bathroom with a shower.
In the basement there is a rustic bodega, a sauna with a shower room and a relaxation room
The villa has underfloor heating with a modern, energy-saving heat pump and powerful air conditioning. A high-performance photovoltaic system with solar modules was installed to ensure a positive ecological balance. The electricity produced here during the day is preferably used for self-consumption.
The house is equipped for year-round use.

The idyllic sandy beach of Cala Pi and the center with various restaurants and bars can be reached in a few minutes. The popular sandy beach Es Trenc is located in Sa Ràpita, only about 12 minutes (18 km) away.
