The lovingly renovated and cozy finca is located in a wonderfully quiet location in a rural setting. The house is surrounded by pine, olive and almond trees. The romantic sandy beach of Cala Pi and the famous Es Trenc beach are only a few minutes’ drive away.

The house and the outbuildings were completely renovated by the Mallorcan owners with great attention to detail and everything is very well maintained. Often a nice breeze blows here, so that it can be endured even in very warm weather.
The finca has a spacious covered terrace with a large dining table, where meals can be taken in the shade.
A beautiful pool (4 x 8 meters) with a large sun terrace and plenty of sun loungers invites you to sunbathe and refresh yourself.

The house offers a beautiful living-dining room, a large fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with bathroom en suite, a separate shower room and two further bedrooms.
All rooms are high and have a vaulted ceiling typical of the country. Ceiling fans are installed in the bedrooms.
The up to 1 meter thick natural stone walls keep the heat out and the house stays nice and fresh.
For the transition period between spring and autumn there is a wood stove that nicely heats the living rooms.

A very nice holiday property in which our guests can relax wonderfully.

    Refundable deposit 300 €, this is to be deposited in cash on arrival. The deposit will be refunded to the guests on the day of departure after checking that the property is in good order.

    LOCATION OF THE PROPERTY

    This idyllic holiday finca is located in the south of the island, between the small coastal town of Cala Pi and the village of Llucmajor.
    The romantic sandy beach of the bay of the same name, Cala Pi, can be reached in a few minutes via the connecting path from Llucmajor to Cala Pi. The famous sandy beach Es Trenc is also nearby.
    The area can be easily explored on foot or by bike.
    Various shops can be found in Llucmajor, only 8km away.
    The market square in Llucmajor offers a very nice ambience and many restaurants invite you to linger. The Friday market should definitely be visited.
    Golfers can reach the 2 golf courses Son Antem and Maioris in a few minutes by car. The nearest marinas are in S‘Estanyol, Sa Ràpita and El Arenal.

    The picturesque little coastal town of Cala Pi is 15km away on the beautiful south coast of Mallorca. It takes its name from the bay of the same name with a sandy beach. This is a deep, fjord-like bay cut deep into the rock, which ends in a sandy beach. The beach can be reached via a long staircase, which is to the left of the Cala Pi Club. The clean, green-blue shimmering water, the picturesque high rocks to the right and left of the bay, the green pine trees above the gorge, the old fishermen’s huts and the fine sandy beach at the end make Cala Pi the ultimate romantic dream beach.
    The beach slopes very gently into the sea and since there are hardly any waves due to the sheltered location, it is also suitable for children. The housing estate with pretty summer houses stretches towards the east along the up to 30 meter high cliffs and merges into the residential areas Vallgornera Nou and Es Pas. The development consists mainly of single-family houses and villas. Due to the slightly sloping topography of the site, many houses in the 3rd-4th row partially still a beautiful sea view to the protected island of Cabrera. Even in the high season, Cala Pi is quiet and not overcrowded with tourists and offers shops for small daily needs as well as a few bars and restaurants. There is a larger selection of shopping opportunities in Llucmajor, which is only 8km away. Here you will also find the German general practitioner Dr. Krämer and a German dental practice.

    Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette superbe finca, cadre très calme, déconnexion totale, maison très propre, le lever du soleil derrière la piscine est magique, cette île est magnifique vraiment, cala pi, réserve naturelle de Mondragó, es trenc, palmanova ou j’ai fait du paddle sup yoga ‍, super expérience je recommande « our yoga mind » Nous y avons vu des Milan royal, rapaces qui vivent dans les baléares, nous leur avons même offert une carcasse! Je recommande cette maison et les gentilles personnes qui s’en occupent. Merci pour votre accueil!

    (10 days, 6 people) Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Finca bot enorm viel Platz und ausreichend Angebote, um die Zeit dort genießen zu können. Llucmajor ist zwar ein bisschen abgelegen aber mit einem Mietwagen ist das kein Problem. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

    Super Lage – ganz ruhig und abgeschieden. 30min nach Palma oder zum Strand. Aber ohnehin perfekt, um am Pool zu liegen.

    Super séjour dans cette maison typique arrangée et installée avec soin. Sa situation géographique permet d être au calme et a la fois rapidement sur routes les grandes routes pour visiter partout. On est très vite a l aéroport et a Palma. CMaison très agréable qui convient parfaitement a des vacances en famille il y a tout pour que les enfants profitent à fond ! Accueil formidable avec plein de petites attentions ! Très motivée pour revenir !

    This is a beautiful Finca and although isolated is near Palma and Aqualand. Some lovely beaches are within a 30min drive. Very peaceful and car essential. Our kids loved the pool. Everything and more was provided, including a bike and some toys and balls and a net for the kids. The owner left us delicious fresh figs and some eggs from their hens. Thoroughly recommend it.

    Beschreibung entspricht zu 100% der Realität. Es war so weit alles bestens… Ausblick auf Berge, Meer, etc. ist allerdings nicht vorhanden. Dafür darf man sich stressfrei entspannen, da man wirklich alleine ist. Unsere Kinder konnten im Pool richtig aufdrehen ohne Angst vor dem Zorn der Nachbarn haben zu müssen
