The spacious holiday home is located in the quiet settlement of Cala Pi – Vallgornera Nou, in the south of Mallorca. The south-facing house was built on a plot of approx. 1,600 m² and is only a few minutes away from the idyllic sandy beach of the Cala Pi bay of the same name.

A large covered terrace (approx. 4×11 m) and the large garden with plenty of sun loungers and the beautiful pool (approx. 5×12 m) invite you to relax. On hot days you will feel very comfortable on the covered terrace with the large dining table, as a cooling wind usually blows by here.

The house offers on the ground floor a very spacious living-dining room with a large, fully equipped kitchen and direct access to the large, covered terrace, a guest toilet and two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

On the upper floor there is the large master bedroom with access to a covered terrace with beautiful sea views, as well as a large bathroom en suite and another sun terrace.

The house has oil central heating and is perfect for year-round use.

The property is located in a quiet side street. From the location of the holiday home you can easily explore the area on foot or by bike. You can cycle along the coast and always with a view of the sea to the well-known natural beach Es Trenc.

Various restaurants and two small supermarkets are only a few minutes away from the holiday home.
Nevertheless, we advise you to rent a car.

    Refundable deposit 300 €, this is to be deposited in cash on arrival. The deposit will be refunded to the guests on the day of departure after checking that the property is in good order.

    Large holiday home with 3 bedrooms, just a few minutes from the sandy beach of Cala Pi. The nearest beach access to the popular sandy beach Es Trenc is in Sa Ràpita, only approx. 12 minutes (18 km) away. Golfers can reach the 2 golf courses Son Antem and Maioris in a few minutes by car. The nearest marinas are in S‘Estanyol, Sa Ràpita and El Arenal.

    The picturesque little coastal town of Cala Pi is located on the beautiful south coast of Mallorca, only approx. 30 minutes from Palma de Mallorca and approx. 20 minutes from the airport. Cala Pi takes its name from the bay of the same name with a sandy beach. This is a deep, fjord-like bay cut deep into the rock, which ends in a sandy beach. The beach can be reached via a long staircase, which is to the left of the Cala Pi Club. The clean, green-blue shimmering water, the picturesque high rocks to the right and left of the bay, the green pine trees above the gorge, the old fishermen’s huts and the fine sandy beach at the end make Cala Pi the ultimate romantic dream beach.
    The beach slopes very gently into the sea and since there are hardly any waves due to the sheltered location, it is also suitable for children. The housing estate with pretty summer houses stretches towards the east along the up to 30 meter high cliffs and merges into the residential areas Vallgornera Nou and Es Pas. The development consists mainly of single-family houses and villas. Due to the slightly sloping topography of the site, many houses in the 3rd-4th row partially still a beautiful sea view to the protected island of Cabrera. Even in the high season, Cala Pi is quiet and not overcrowded with tourists and offers shops for small daily needs as well as a few bars and restaurants. There is a larger selection of shopping opportunities in Llucmajor, which is only 15 minutes away. Here you will also find the German general practitioner Dr. Krämer and a German dental practice.

    Eine sehr schöne Finca – perfekt für Familienurlaub mit “Kind und Kegel”
    Ein sehr gepflegtes und schönes Haus. Mit Liebe eingerichtet und mit einer – für ein Ferienhaus – sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche sowie Gasgrill auf der Veranda. Der Garten und der grosse Pool laden zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Jedes Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und zusätzlich ein Gäste-WC im Erdgeschoss. Das entspannt den Aufenthalt mit der Familie. An verschiedenen Stellen des Hauses und des Grundstücks – und besonders natürlich von der Dachterrasse – geniesst man einen unverbauten Blick auf das Mittelmeer mit der Insel Cabrera am Horizont. (Das Haus liegt in zweiter Reihe von der Küstenlinie mit einem unbebauten Grundstück davor.) Gern empfehlen wir Casa Mozart weiter. Wir waren nicht das letzte Mal dort. Die Organisation der Ankunft/Abreise war unkompliziert und das Team von Oliver Dietrich ist wie immer sehr freundlich und verbindlich. Den nächsten Aufenthalt in Cala Pi im Casa Mozart haben wir bei Abreise gleich wieder reserviert. Auf ein Wiedersehen in 2020.

    Oliver’s villa on Mozart is perfect for a quiet holiday on Majorca – the location is quiet but it’s very easy to get to the centre of things. The villa was absolutely spotless and the pool is perfect and pristine. Everything worked – we had more than enough kitchen equipment and we used the BBQ often – it worked great. The view from the upstairs bedroom and veranda was wonderful. The house is so spacious and well designed – it’s perfect for a family group with good spaces for coming together for meals and collective activities, but there are also spaces for quiet reflection and privacy – it’s really perfect. I would recommend Oliver’s place highly!

    The space is fantastic, a great layout with lots of levels and areas to relax in, eat in etc. The pool is the perfect temperature. Amazing views throughout, and situated on a quiet, one-way road with next to no cars. Cala Pi is just a 20 minute walk or a couple of minutes drive down the road (easy parking, a few restaurants and a small supermarket), and the location is good for the Aquarium, Aqualand and Es Trenc beach, as well as Palma.

    Ideal winter escape for some (windy) sunshine. The villa is stunning and exactly as the pictures show. Each bedroom has an ensuite and the spec of the place is high with all amenities catered for and a gorgeous pool to eat your breakfast by. The beach is a 30 minute walk, do hire a car for easy access to do your food shop, access the towns and beaches. Otherwise you’re rather cut off from everything, which is peaceful. Great intro to Mallorca.

    Die Villa Mozart liegt im ruhigen Villenviertel von Cala Pi, in dritter Meeresreihe mit Blick aufs Meer. Zur kleinen Bucht von Cala Pi geht man ca 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Das großzügige Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht: Von einer top ausgestatteten Küche über einen Gasgrill auf der überdachten Terrasse bis hin zu einer Garage mit Fahrrädern, Tischtennisplatte und Pool-Spielzeugen. Das Haus sowie die große Außenanlage sind sehr gepflegt. Aufgrund des räumlichen Abstandes zu den Nachbarn ist es möglich, am Abend auch länger auf der Terrasse zusammen zu sitzen ohne andere zu stören. Cala Pi selbst ist ein Ort, der überwiegend aus Ferienhäusern besteht. Es gibt einige wenige, aber gute Restaurants und einen kleinen, sehr teuren Supermarkt. Zum Einkaufen sollte man daher beispielsweise nach Campos fahren (20 Minuten entfernt). Dort gibt es mehrere große Supermärkte. Ein Mietwagen, auch um Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu machen, ist daher empfehlenswert. Abschließend ist noch zu sagen, dass die Buchung und die Übergabe des Hauses mit Herrn Dietrich unkompliziert funktioniert hat!

    Gut ausgestattet Haus, mit allem was man möchte. Cala Pi ist fussläufig gut in ca 20 Min zu erreichen und hat eine schön gelegene Badebucht .. die Umgebung lässt sich super mit den tollen Fahrrädern aus dem Haus erkunden. Wenn man es etwas ruhiger möchte, bleibt man einfach an dem schönen Pool liegen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.
