A high-performance photovoltaic system with solar modules was installed to ensure a positive ecological balance. The electricity produced here during the day is preferably used for self-consumption.

The house is equipped for year-round use and even in stormy weather it is a spectacle to watch the wild waves in the cozy, warm winter garden and let your gaze wander over the sea to Colonia Sant Jordi.

The holiday home offers on the ground floor a dining area with an open modern kitchen and direct access to the covered terrace, a living area with a glazed extension and access to the terrace, a separate guest bathroom, a separate bedroom and another bedroom with bathroom en suite.

On the upper floor there is the large master bedroom with access to a covered terrace with beautiful sea views and bathroom en suite, as well as another bedroom with bathroom en suite.

The romantic bay of Cala Pi with a beautiful sandy beach is only 2 minutes away on foot. The nearest beach access to the popular sandy beach Es Trenc is in Sa Ràpita, only approx. 12 minutes (18 km) away. Golfers can reach the 2 golf courses Son Antem and Maioris in a few minutes by car. The nearest marinas are in S‘Estanyol, Sa Ràpita and El Arenal.

    Cozy holiday home with 4 bedrooms, just a few minutes from the sandy beach of Cala Pi. The nearest beach access to the popular sandy beach Es Trenc is in Sa Ràpita, only approx. 12 minutes (18 km) away. Golfers can reach the 2 golf courses Son Antem and Maioris in a few minutes by car. The nearest marinas are in S‘Estanyol, Sa Ràpita and El Arenal.

    The picturesque little coastal town of Cala Pi is located on the beautiful south coast of Mallorca, only approx. 30 minutes from Palma de Mallorca and approx. 20 minutes from the airport. Cala Pi takes its name from the bay of the same name with a sandy beach. This is a deep, fjord-like bay cut deep into the rock, which ends in a sandy beach. The beach can be reached via a long staircase, which is to the left of the Cala Pi Club. The clean, green-blue shimmering water, the picturesque high rocks to the right and left of the bay, the green pine trees above the gorge, the old fishermen’s huts and the fine sandy beach at the end make Cala Pi the ultimate romantic dream beach.
    The beach slopes very gently into the sea and since there are hardly any waves due to the sheltered location, it is also suitable for children. The housing estate with pretty summer houses stretches towards the east along the up to 30 meter high cliffs and merges into the residential areas Vallgornera Nou and Es Pas. The development consists mainly of single-family houses and villas. Due to the slightly sloping topography of the site, many houses in the 3rd-4th row partially still a beautiful sea view to the protected island of Cabrera. Even in the high season, Cala Pi is quiet and not overcrowded with tourists and offers shops for small daily needs as well as a few bars and restaurants. There is a larger selection of shopping opportunities in Llucmajor, which is only 15 minutes away. Here you will also find the German general practitioner Dr. Krämer and a German dental practice.
